EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT FOR THE TERRITORIAL ADMINISTRATOR OF THE LEGIONARIES OF CHRIST
Consolidated Catholic Administrative Services based in Roswell, GA, an established Catholic nonprofit administrative services organization serving Catholic apostolates nationwide through the Catholic Church’s New Evangelization mission, is seeking an energetic, flexible, and proficient full-time Executive Assistant for the Territorial Administrator.
The CCAS Executive Assistant assists the territorial administrator. He/she assists the territorial administrator with organizing and coordinating the work of the territorial administrator and his team.
ECYD MISSION CORPS PROGRAM COORDINATOR
The part-time (10 hours per week) ECYD Mission Corps Program Coordinator plays a key role on the ECYD Life Department, helping to grow and strengthen one of the most impactful apostolic experiences offered to adolescents in ECYD. This role is ideal for someone with firsthand experience in ECYD—especially as a past ECYD or RC Missionary—and a passion for forming young apostles in ECYD. The coordinator will oversee the management and development of the ECYD Mission Corps, collaborating with ECYD Directors, mission site leaders, and national team members to ensure an enriching and mission-driven experience for all involved.
REGNUM CHRISTI FEDERATION DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Reporting to the Chief Development Officer for the Legionaries of Christ and working closely with the broader development team, the Regnum Christi Development Officer plays a hands-on role in donor cultivation, fundraising events, and solicitation of support. This position involves creating strategies to raise funds, cultivate donor relationships, and ensure the financial sustainability of the Regnum Christi Federation and its programs. The Development Officer will also be responsible for communicating with and reporting to the leadership of Regnum Christi Federation on their progress and achievement of agreed upon goals and objectives.
IT DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS SOLUTIONS
The Consolidated Catholic Administrative Services (CCAS) is seeking an experienced Director of Technology Business Solutions (Chief Information Officer (CIO)) who will report to the territorial administrator (Chief Financial and Administrative Officer). The CIO assists the territorial administrator with all matters related to technology for the Legionaries of Christ. The individual will lead, plan, and develop both the technical infrastructure and applications to support the organization’s technological needs. The IT Director ensures the technology, and the infrastructure are up-to-date and serve the business needs of the organization; they are part of the directive team for the territorial administration.
CCAS oversees the technology needs for the North American Territory of the Legionaries of Christ (Legion). It oversees the technology for 25 employees working onsite, another 25 employees working remotely, two seminaries, and 150 Legionaries located throughout the US, Canada and the Philippines.
CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
The Chief Development Officer (CDO) is a senior executive responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the organization’s fundraising growth strategy. He or she is a key member of the organization’s executive team (currently called the leadership team). The CDO will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization by leading the development fundraising and support teams.
The Legion of Christ seeks a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15-20 years of demonstrated leadership success in development and/or comparable business experience in financial markets and/or business development. He or she must possess the ability to provide leadership and oversight of all resource development strategies and activities, including, but not limited to; major gifts, planned giving, annual giving, direct marketing, and special initiatives. He/she will have the leadership capacity to blaze a strategic path forward for significant growth.
We are seeking an administrative assistant who will assist with the filing and data needs for both offices, drawing on their education and experience to provide organized and effective support for the proper handling of important documentation, establish and manage an organized data system to inform best practices, and help the organization maintain positive ecclesial relations.

In this role, you will accompany Legionary priests through times of transition and crisis with empathy and expertise. You will be a key figure in fostering their well-being and guiding them through challenges, drawing on your education and experience to provide thoughtful and effective support.
