Br. John Sester is a Legionary religious currently studying Theology at the Pontifical Atheneum Regina Apostolorum in Rome. Born in a quiet neighborhood in central Minnesota, he loves reading, writing, sketching, playing guitar, and just about anything that has to do with art and expression of the human heart. He spent four years at the Legion’s Novitiate and College of Humanities in Cheshire, Connecticut, graduating with an associate degree in Classical Humanities; three years studying a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy; and two years working as a school mentor and ECYD organizer in Mexico City. His dream is to spend his life transforming culture one heart at a time as a religious, priest and apostle of Jesus Christ.
