RC Formation Webinars: On-Going Formation for RC Formators

These webinars offered by the Area of Lay Member Support are part of the on-going formation plan for each RC Formator role.  This includes: Section Director, RC Section Leadership Team member, Group Leader, and Team Leader. There is one webinar per semester per role.  

Participation is role-specific. Registration is limited to members who have been formally appointed or named to that role. These webinars are designed to support leaders in carrying out their responsibilities competently and fruitfully. 

Section Directors: Please note that dates for Group Leaders, Team Leaders, and the Section Leadership Team have also been included here for your reference. These dates are also available on the main calendar for each respective role.

Group Leaders:

• October 1, 2026 – Role of the Group Leader

• February 4, 2027 – Apostolic Dialogue with Team Leaders

Team Leaders:

• October 22, 2026 – Role of the Team Leader

• February 25, 2027 – Team Dialogue
